Skills Camp

Beginner Skills Camp

Generally ages 5 and 6. Basic skills of soccer are taught in a series of fun games and practices. The players learn ball control, shooting, and passing in a series of themed drills that maintain interest, motivate to practice at non-camp times, and remember the basic techniques during a game.  Emphasis is on enjoyment in an atmosphere conducive to good learning. The joyful learning atmosphere motivates the players to continue playing soccer.

(3 hours a day for 5 days)

Intermediate Skills Camp

Generally ages 7,8,9, or 10. Intermediate Skills Camp refines and develops players' individual skills in progressively more sophisticated drills and practices. The emphasis is on small-sided games that focus on particular skills and develop greater understanding and awareness of the game. Fun is an essential ingredient of this camp's environment.

(3 hours a day for 5 days)

Advanced Skills Camp

Generally ages 11 and older. Individual skill development at an intensive level is high on the agenda for this camp. High level of skills proficiency is essential for the players to be effective in a team. By focusing on skills such as ball possession, support, and communication, the players develop many concepts of soccer during the game for effective team plays.

(3 hours a day for 5 days)

Advanced Player Development

This camp is for players of 10 years and above who have a good level of skill. It is intensive and focuses on positional play, movement, communication, strategic moves, tactics, support play and fitness. The camp is geared towards players who want to develop their skills to become a cohesive part of a team that plays in high schools or competitive soccer clubs.
