Team Camps
(Team Camp Package)

Our Coaches will work with you to set up an effective program to enhance player skills and team cohesion.

Team camps are specifically aimed at catering to the needs of teams. Team camps provide whole-team instruction in the skills and aim to enhance team performance by providing specific practices and drills for individual units within the team (goalkeepers, defense, midfield, and forwards).

A EuroSoccer coach will assess the needs of a team and then plan appropriate coaching sessions to achieve the following aims:

1. Identify perceived deficits in the team's play and provide appropriate coaching sessions to rectify these.
2. Enhance team cohesion through identifying and enhancing linkage between various units within the team.
3. Provide tactical solutions that allow teams to enhance their play through capitalizing on their strengths.

EuroSoccer team camps generally go beyond the coaching of basic skills and concentrate on addressing tactical issues and enhancing team cohesion.

Background

EuroSoccer Camps was established in 1994 to introduce a motivational style of teaching to soccer player development. Player development is heavily dependent on frequent practicing. Children tend to practice when they have fun while learning. EuroSoccer mixes serious skill development with fun to motivate children to practice and continue to learn. Because of the motivation our camps have lasting effect throughout the season.

EuroSoccer Camps recruits coaches from Scottish elite physical education sports colleges to offer the motivational teaching style while exposing the children to other cultures. Since the first year, many regions have invited EuroSoccer to hold camps in their region. EuroSoccer has grown to major northern California metropolitan areas and continues to expand.

We believe, because of our proven motivational approach, EuroSoccer will continue to play a major role in player development. Our Skill Camps prepare players for game situations. Good soccer skills are foundations of play tactics and game strategies. Our motivational approach to skill development has produced results in the league seasons.

We believe the skills must be put in game situation with other players on the team. Our team camps are designed to enhance player participation in team plays and create a cohesive team development.
