The EuroSoccer coach assigned to your team camp will organize a short game to observe and assess the team and the player abilities. Then the EuroSoccer coach will discuss with the team coach and the assistant to plan the rest of the week, and begins the drills and the games. Our coach will set the practice level high enough to challenge the team and perform their best.
Throughout the week, the EuroSoccer coach will conduct drills and small-sided games based on EuroSoccer coachs plan. He or she will further discuss the plan with the team coach and make adjustments as needed. Discussions of tactics and strategies for the team, the drills that best suit each tactic and strategy, and practice planning will be the major topics.
Towards the end of the camp, the EuroSoccer coach will summarize the teams progress, his or her assessment of the player abilities and recommend the most effective game position for each player. Our coach will discuss any remaining qustions or topics the team coach may raise.
The last day of the camp will consist of timed games to implement strategies and player assignments. A best way to put the whole process into action is for the team coach to arrange a standard competitive game with another team of same or near age group in the club. This competitive game would provid opportunities for the the EuroSoccer coach to finalize suggestions and recommendations for the season. To improve our services we include the team coach's evaluation of the team camp as a part of the program.
